Wind and Weather

In Cuba is water always warmer than Air, thats makes all kind of watersports enjoyable. Leave your wetsuit to home! Tradewinds are dominate from middle of November till end of May. Average Kite size is 11m2. The wind blows mainly from north/east and comes up at around 1 PM and dies at 5 PM. The island has a humid subtropical climate which is influenced by both the Golf current and north-easterly winds. There are two well defined seasons: the dry or winter from November to April and the rainy or summer from May to October, with mild cool breezes the year
long.
